There are some common cases that might face speakers while accessing the event here are some steps to troubleshoot them.

At first, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox we also recommend speakers restart their laptops to make sure everything is properly working.

I can't find Backstage or I am asked to add my ticket id

  • Make sure you have accepted your speaker invitation. Learn more here.

  • Make sure you're logged in with the same account (email) you used to accept your speaker invitation.

Video & Audio are not working backstage

  1. Make sure you gave permission to the browser to access your camera & microphone

If you blocked camera or microphone permissions, you can change them by following these steps:

On Chrome

  • Click the lock icon on the leftmost side in the address bar.

  • From the menu that appears, select “Allow” from the drop-down menu that appears beside the camera & microphone.

  • Then click the X to save your changes.

  • After saving your decision, you will have to reload the page for the changes to take effect.

On firefox

  • Click the lock icon that displays in the address bar on the left.

  • Select the mic and camera you want to use preferably a built-in camera and mic, then click Allow

  • After saving your decision, you will have to reload the page for the changes to take effect.
